We have the privilege of being able to work with some friends of ours; The Ropps are a dairy farm from Bloomington, IL. that make their own cheese. We will carry certain varieties all year round, but they have several more varieties that can be ordered and we can pick it up the next time we go there.  The variety of cheese we will carry are:
